What is your implementation process?
We work closely with your core team to understand the business, its requirements and any systems Zoop may replace. We then customize a first version for testing and iterate quickly, allowing old and new systems to run alongside each other where needed.
How long does implementation take?
Every installation is different, but our experience suggests implementations typically take between two and eight weeks.
Can Zoop support needs beyond these modules?
Yes. The published modules are a foundation. We can customize them, create new modules and add integrations so the system matches your specific operation.
What happens if we stop using Zoop?
We provide an off-boarding process, export your data in accessible file formats and, after verification, deactivate the site and confirm that no data remains with us.
